Kia ora - I have noticed that recently the banner on the website is not formatted like it use to be and hangs in place when you scroll down the pages. On some pages it blocks tabs and buttons so you can not work around it. This forums page however is not a problem when using the edge browser (and this is what DOC uses not Chrome which maybe fine).
I also asked another staff member to access TrapNZ via Edge and they to had the same issue.
@aharvey_1 this has shown as a DOC issue with their CSS. I will email you with the DOC staff contact who will be able to help you
