When using Manual Complete on a line of A24 traps today, I selected the default status value to be “still set, bait bad”. However, I discovered part-way round the line that the status box was hidden when I wanted to make an edit for one trap and, as I found when I submitted the line, the default value that had in fact been entered for every trap was “sprung”. I know that the form does this when I record a kill at an A24 (I’ve already reported it as a bug), but only one of my traps today had a kill, and it wasn’t even the first one on the line.
Why did my chosen default value not get entered and a completely different wrong value was entered instead, for every single trap? And why couldn’t I see and edit the incorrect field when I was making pre-submission edits in the other fields? Anyone else had the same issue?
In case it matters, I was using the app on a Nokia phone, Android, latest TrapNZ version as far as I know. The incorrect data has been fixed, I edited it via the website.
